By creating an account or using I AM Wealth, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. The Service
I AM Wealth is an educational and planning platform. It does notprovide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, or fiduciary services. All projections, scenarios, and recommendations are illustrative only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
4. Account Linking via Plaid
If you connect a bank or financial account, you authorize Plaid to retrieve data on your behalf and authorize us to use that data to operate the Service. You can disconnect at any time from Data Deletionor your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the Service.
- No uploading of others' financial data without authorization.
- No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers renew automatically until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
We own the Service, including the 8-Phase methodology, content, and code. You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk. You may close your account at any time.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except small-claims matters.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect 14 days after posting.
