You have the right to delete your data at any time. Choose the scope of deletion below. We process requests within 30 days (typically much faster). Some data may be retained where law requires (tax, AML, fraud prevention) and will be securely deleted at the end of that period.
What gets deleted
- Plaid only — disconnects every linked institution, deletes stored access tokens, and purges cached balances & transactions.
- Phase data — removes all phase tool inputs, milestones, alert thresholds, and financial health assessments. Your account stays open.
- Everything — full account deletion. Marks your account for removal within 30 days and clears all the above.
Revoking access at Plaid directly
You can also revoke I AM Wealth's connection at any time from my.plaid.com. Doing so stops new data flow immediately; we'll detect the revocation and purge cached data on the next sync cycle.
